The client or any other driver who has the right to drive the rented vehicle is criminally and civilly responsible for any violation of the current laws during the rental contract:
The vehicle cannot be used in contradiction with the current laws concerning traffic on public roads.
The vehicle cannot be used for disbursed transportation of passengers and goods.
The vehicle cannot be used for illegal transportation of passengers and goods.
The vehicle cannot be used for driving lessons.
The vehicle cannot be used for any other purpose that the ones specified by the manufacturer.
The vehicle cannot be driven by anyone else but the persons specified in the rental contract.
The vehicle cannot be repaired only in an authorized aotuservice, confirmed by the owner.
The vehicle cannot be left open, with the keys into ignition, with its' doors and windows open, unsupervised.
The client has no right whatsoever to rent, sell or guarantee with the vehicle, object of the present contract.
The client is forbidden to take part in sports competitions with the rented vehicle.
The client is forbidden to drive the vehicle if under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance that may affect his state of consciousness.
Any damage following an accident in which the client is at fault or/and under the influence of alcohol will be paid for by the client.
The driver must have at least one year of driving experience.
The client is obligated to pay the sum of 300 € in case he causes any accident.
In case of any accident contact the police and the owner at once.
Any fine received during the rental period will be paid for by the client.
The vehicle can only be used in Romania.
Receivement / Delivery
The client is obligated to return the vehicle in good conditions, identical to those prior to the rental, along with all it's accessories and equipment, at the date and place specified in the current contract.
Any delay of more than 3 hours will be declared as car theft at the Police station, unless the owner is contacted in due time.
Each hour of delay is taxed 10 €.
In case of accidents, stolen car:
The police and the owner must be contacted immediately.
The names and addresses of the involved parties must be obtained.
A Xerox copy of the Identity Card / Passport / Driver's License / Insurance Certificate of the involved parties must be obtained.
The names and addresses of any eyewitnesses must be obtained.
The police report and the in blood alcohol concentration test must be obtained.
The 'Anexa 2' must be obtained from the police.
An authorization for the repairs must be obtained from the police.
